Terms and Conditions of Sale and Admission

The present Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and access to the temporary exhibition Centomiglia Stories Experience, held at the Yacht Club Como and organized by L.T.R. S.A.S. – VAT No.: 03473220139. By purchasing a ticket on the website https://centomigliastoriesexperience.com/, the user declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
1. Event Organizer
The Centomiglia Stories Experience event is organized by L.T.R. S.A.S., with registered office at Via Dottesio, 8 – 22100 Como – VAT No. 03473220139, email: info@centomigliastoriesexperience.com.
2. Purpose
Tickets purchased grant access to the temporary exhibition according to the type selected (Aperitivo or Brunch) and include the services described in the corresponding product page on the official website.
3. Ticket Types and Included Services
3.1 Aperitivo Ticket
- Admission to the temporary exhibition;
- Gourmet buffet;
- Musical entertainment (DJ set or live jazz);
- Access to the first floor of the Yacht Club, terrace with a view of the pier and pool;
- Two exhibitions:
- History of navigation on Lake Como
- History of the Centomiglia regatta
3.2 Brunch Ticket
- Admission to the temporary exhibition;
- Refined brunch buffet;
- Soft musical entertainment;
- Access to the first floor of the Yacht Club, terrace with a view of the pier and pool;
- Two exhibitions:
- History of navigation on Lake Como
- History of the Centomiglia regatta
4. Purchase and Payment Methods
- Tickets are available for purchase exclusively online via the website https://centomigliastoriesexperience.com/.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna (via Stripe payment system).
- The purchase is considered complete only once payment is made and confirmed.
- After completing the purchase, the customer will receive the tickets by email in digital format (QR code) at the address provided during checkout.
5. Event Admission
- Admission is granted only to ticket holders who purchased online.
- A valid QR code received by email must be presented at the entrance, either in digital format or printed, for scanning by event staff.
- Tickets are nominal and non-transferable unless prior authorization is granted by the organizer.
6. Refund Policy
- Refund requests can be made up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the purchased event, by emailing info@centomigliastoriesexperience.com or contacting the support number indicated on the official website.
- After this deadline, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason.
- No refunds will be granted in cases of late arrival or failure to attend for reasons not attributable to the organizer.
7. Changes, Cancellations, and Force Majeure
- The organizer reserves the right to change the date, time, program, or access to specific areas of the event for organizational or safety reasons.
- In the event the exhibition is cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, health emergencies, government orders, strikes, technical incidents), the organizer may offer an alternative date or a refund of the ticket price.
- Under no circumstances will compensation be provided beyond the ticket price.
8. Visitor Conduct
- Visitors must behave respectfully towards other guests, staff, the venue, and the exhibits.
- It is forbidden to bring dangerous objects, illegal substances, or food and beverages not authorized by the organizer.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove from the premises any person violating the rules or causing disturbance, without any refund entitlement.
9. Photography and Video Recording
- Photographic and/or video recordings may be made during the event by the organizer or accredited media.
- By purchasing a ticket, the attendee authorizes the free use of their image for promotional and documentary purposes, with no time or territorial limitations.
10. Privacy
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). For more information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the official website.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, the user confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full, and agrees to comply with them.
